Fernando Alonso till the end of career

A great news for Ferrari fans is that the former 2 times F1 World Champion, the best diver on the circuit, Mr. Fernando Alonso has said he will stay at Ferrari till the end of his career. I am so happy for this news, reason being the best driver is saying he would stay with the best F1 brand, my and your favorite FERRARI. That gives Ferrari the best driver for quite some time and I believe this would surely bring lots of driver's and constructors title to FERRARI.

I hope Ferrari will hit the form back, they must capitalize on this good situation, of course they dont need a a rookie fan's advice like me, they are professionalsm and know the tricks of the game better than any one else.

Interesting thing is that, Mr. F1, all time favorite Schumacher has joined rivals Mercedes! hmmm.....

This means some great competition to expect in the coming season. But Alonso has already beaten Schumacher in Renault, On the other hand, we know Schumacher was unlucky the last season. SO who is gonna win this season. Lewis Hamilton would be another contendar provided McLaren produce a good car. And not to forget Felipe Massa, the driver I believe is under estimated, well he is back in his car too, and would be dying to get a driver's title.

Ferrari F70 - Enzo Replacement will come with Twin Turbo V8

Ferrari F70 is gonna hit the road with some major changes

For most of us, a supercar is a car with great performance i.e. speed, drag, 0-60 blah blah... whatEver. But for us Ferrari Fans, a Supercar is a car made by FERRARI, simple. And that makes each Ferrari a supercar in itself with all the justice to performance. But what a bout a Super Ferrari??? Thats what hit the road some 7 years ago in the form of the legendary ENZO. Yes I am talking about the FERRARI Enzo. And now the timehas come for yet another Super Ferrari and this one is code named, F70. Thanks for WorldCarFans for the rendering (Image credit to WorldCarFans: I hope the real one comes more beautiful than that).

The development of the F70, also known as FX70, is basically focused in 3 directions:
1.) Minimization of the weight.
2.) Supercharged engine.
3.) Lower emissions and fuel consumption.

The Millechili Concept, was not just an exercise in technique but an introduction to the future of the RED Marque, for the "new Enzo" carbon fiber will be the building block for the construction of the chassis, bodywork and brakes. This, coupled with a no-frills cabin, would provide the F70 advantage of 366 kg in less compared to the Enzo, bringing the total mass to 1000 kg: a big achievement in terms of performance and handling.

What about SUPER FERRARI PERFORMANCE

The new Super Ferrari F70 is expected to use a twin-turbo V8 engine (just like the SuperCar Mother F40). The V8 will produce 660 bhp (485 kW), comparable to the output of Enzo's 6.0-liter V12. Backed up by a lightweight chassis, the F70 should accelerate from 0-60 mph in 3.0 seconds and hit a top speed around 230 mph. Despite the epic performance, the engine will be relatively fuel-efficient and offer reduced CO2 emissions.

So I are waiting for more news about the new SUPER FERRARI, and as soon as anything new and fresh hit the road, I will bring it for u...........

Ferrari 458 Italia hot in demand, tested by AutoCar

Its Great, Its SENSATIONAL, says AutoCar for Ferrari F458 Italia

Just after EVO, AutoCar has published their road test for the new Ferrari Car as well. And I prefer this one on EVO because it was more informative. Some points from the review are as follows;

• Really narrow inlets for the radiator with wings to channel the air up to the radiator), flexible and deform to reduce the drag
• Big change from 360 and 430 there is no air inlet on the rear to cool the engine,
• There are 2 ducts under the floor, on the back, no room for spoiler
• 2 cooling ducts, one for clutch other for gearbox
• And of course, the triple exhaust
• Like the California, Direct Fuel Injection.
• Gearbox (twin clutch gearbox 7 speed) again same as California, it is the only gearbox available for this car (hence no F1 or manual transmission)
• Inside the cockpit, the driver centric steering and controls are good, looks futuristic and quite functional as well
• Dedicated system / screen representing the state of the car (tyres, brakes)
• Viper, lights, indicators, all on the steering (wow++)
• 9000 rpm with sharper, better engine noise
• Handling: Various settings for variety of road conditions (rain, snow, race,). Much quicker steering makes you corner far better than previous generation cars.
• Bottom Line: This car is much different from the old cars. F458 is brilliant to drive, whether on the road or on the track, it is just great it is SENSATIONAL.

But I know a Ferrari in action will be far more anticipated, here you go enjoy the beautiful new RED Prancing Horse from the Ferrari stable:

"All things to All People" - Ferrari F458 Track test by EVO

Ferrari 458 Laps on Fiorano by EVO

Chris Harris puts Ferrari's 458 through a track workout

"All things to All People" Says Chris Harris (Driver from EVO) after eXperiencing the best ever traction control system, The Ferrari "F1-Trac".

F1-Trac, the last evolution step of the program for the stability control system designed by Ferrari impressed the EVO man the most on the racetrack. Then carbon-ceramic brakes provide aggressive braking, deceleration of the car. He was so involved so deep in the driving that he won't speak during the laps, due to the very high sped of the car. And he made his this point clear in the very begining. Enjoy the video, and thanks to EVO for this beautiful present for F458 Fans

Former Ferrari Boss now FIA Man

Jean TodtJean Todt, former Ferrari F1 team principal, is elected on Friday to replace Max Mosley as FIA president (Motorsport’s world governing body). Todt defeated rival Ari Vatanen by an emphatic 135 votes to 49.

He was supported by 7 time World CHampion Michael Schumacher, Ex President Max Mosley and also UAE Automobile and Touring Club.

On this defeat, rival Mr Vatanen said he did not expect to be defeated by such a wide margin. “It’s very hard to renew this regime,” he said. “I hope that the FIA will become more democratic but so far it is just wishful thinking.”

Previously, the Frenchman has been the head of Peugeot’s rally and endurance teams and as  most people know, the director of Ferrari Formula One as well.

Felipe Massa finally back in action

The champ is finally back, Massa, the victim of a life threatening accident in Hungarian GP Qualifying finally was back in the F2007 for some hot laps at Fiorano. This is so good for Massa fans as well as Ferrari Fans since it was Mass as no1 driver for Ferrari.

Massa was greeted by Stefano and other Ferrari staff / Engineers with a special welcome, he instantly examined the new F458 Italia as well. Later on in his comeback he did laps in Fiorano.
I am posting his return in still / moving illustrations, Enjoy ...........
